About Us
During his studies at the University of Vienna (history and sport), Josef Mitmannsgruber began to engage with art and in 1988 opened the gallery "Kunst und Antiquitätenhandel Mitmannsgruber" in St. Pölten. Further gallery locations follow in Vienna on Sonnenfelsgasse and in Krems an der Donau. Josef Mitmannsgruber is the director of the gallery and will be happy to advise you as an expert on art from the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as classic modernism and art nouveau.
Michaela Mitmannsgruber is responsible for organizing exhibitions in the gallery and at antiques fairs as well as sales. She specializes in interior design and decoration and will be happy to provide you with comprehensive advice.
Our focus is on trading art from the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as classic modern, contemporary art and Art Nouveau objects. Our offering is complemented by important international artists.
